Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) set out the rights and obligations of Aion.Era and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer") in connection with the sale of products offered on the website aionera.com. They apply to all orders placed via the website, whether in France or internationally.

Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Seller Identity

1. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day of the order, subject to available stock. Each item comes with as accurate a description as possible. Slight differences in color, texture, or cut may exist between the visuals shown and the actual product, without this constituting a defect.

Some items are offered as pre-orders: they are made to order, in limited quantities, based on orders received.

1. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. The ordering process includes the following steps:

Selecting the desired products and adding them to the cart.

Confirming the cart and reviewing the summary.

Providing shipping and billing information.

Confirming payment.

Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer. The order then becomes firm and final.

Aion.Era reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that presents a risk of fraud, payment failure, or abusive behavior.

1. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and include French VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is confirmed.

Aion.Era reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Payment is made through the secure solutions offered on the website (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). The amount is charged at the time of the order, including for pre-orders.

Aion.Era does not store any of the Customer's banking data.

1. Pre-orders

Pre-order products are manufactured based on orders placed. Therefore, a pre-order cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

The timeframes indicated on product pages are estimates and may vary depending on production. The Customer will be notified by email as soon as the item is shipped.

1. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated on each product page. They include production time (where applicable) and shipping time.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risks associated with delivery are transferred to the Customer. Aion.Era cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

If the Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason. This right does not apply to made-to-order products (pre-orders) or personalized items.

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact support@aionera.com, specifying their order number. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item. The refund will be made using the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the compliant return.

1. Returns and Exchanges

The complete terms for returns and exchanges are available in our Return and Refund Policy. Exchanges are only possible subject to available stock.

1. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Aion.Era until full payment of the price by the Customer.

1. Liability

Aion.Era cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products (misuse, improper care, negligence, etc.). Aion.Era's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

1. Legal Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In the event of non-conformity or defect, the Customer must contact support@aionera.com with photos and the order number attached. Aion.Era will proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the website aionera.com (text, images, videos, logos, design, packaging) is the exclusive property of Aion.Era. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement subject to legal action.

1. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for order management and customer follow-up. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

1. Force Majeure

Aion.Era cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemic, transport blockages, government decisions, etc.).

1. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent court shall be that of Paris (France).
