Shipping rates for all domestic and international orders are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items and the destination.

Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders (except preorders) are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Preorders will ship according to the estimated timeframe indicated on the product page. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Estimates

• Domestic (France): 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch

• International (rest of the world): 7–14 business days after dispatch

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
