On each product page there is an estimated production time. This is only an estimate and manufacturing delays may cause longer production times.

Return Policy

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it in exchange for a replacement or store credit minus any shipping or custom fee cost we have incurred. ANY item that is returned must be unused.

Delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.

In the unlikely instance of any faults in an item, the customer may send the item back for a repair or refund. We will bear the cost of shipping.

Any unshipped orders may be cancelled.

Shipping

Delivery times are indicated under each product page.

We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

For delivery outside the non-EU countries, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that shipping taxes, fees, duties and costs vary by country. Aion is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply, nor for any resulting delays. It's important to understand that refusal to pay these charges does not qualify for a refund of your order.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. We will not replace any packages. If you have any questions regarding your order email support@aionera.com
