2. Production & Preorders

Each product page indicates an estimated production time.
This time frame is provided for reference only and may vary due to manufacturing constraints or logistics factors.

Preorders allow us to plan limited productions.
Once placed, a preorder cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded, as each piece is produced specifically for the order.
Returns or exchanges are possible only after receipt of the item, under the conditions stated in our Return Policy.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these production and delivery conditions.

3. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it:

has only been tried on,
is not soiled, damaged, washed, or perfumed,
and includes all original packaging and tags.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded partially at our discretion.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective item.
We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

In the event of a return, only the product price will be refunded (excluding initial delivery costs), unless the return results from an error or defect.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, production, or carrier delays.
We are not liable for late deliveries beyond our control.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue any refund or replacement.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.

For deliveries outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country.
Refusal to pay these charges does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

5. Limited Drops

Aion.Era operates through limited drops.
Products may sell out quickly and are often not restocked.
We reserve the right to limit sales of specific items to maintain exclusivity and control production volume.

6. Product Information & Care

We make every effort to present our products accurately.
However, color and texture perception may vary slightly depending on your device and lighting conditions.

To preserve the quality of your item, please follow the care instructions included with your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from improper care or washing.

7. Prices & Modifications

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of a product, nor for any resulting loss.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content displayed on this website — including but not limited to text, visuals, photography, video, design, logo, packaging, and structure — is the exclusive property of Aion.Era and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of this content, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement under Article L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Users may view or share Aion.Era content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
