Refund Policy

You can return or exchange the item under certain conditions :

• The item must have only been tried on

• It must not be soiled, damaged, washed or perfumed

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of order

• Exchanges are only possible if the desired item is in stock

Please note:
Preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, as they help us plan production. Exchanges or returns are only possible under the conditions stated above after you have received the item.
